What this is

Field notes from working with founders. Pattern matches from running tech and product at startups across nine companies and counting. The things I find myself saying often enough that writing them down saves me saying them again.

What this isn’t

Not a newsletter. Not a content funnel. Not 1,500-word explainers on topics other people explain better. If a post is shorter than you expected, that’s intentional.

What to expect

• Short essays on fractional execution, AI-native product development, and org design at 0 → Series B.
• Occasional writeups of Den projects when they turn up something useful.
• No hot takes on models released yesterday.
